    Default HDFC Ergo Car Insurance Complaint

    Respetced Sir / Ma'am,

    This is to bring in to your knowledge that I have been facing serious issues with my Car insurance provider.(HDFC Ergo) Following are my details:
    Insurance Company: HDFC Ergo
    Name – Venkatesan D
    Policy no. VP00383241000102
    premium amount 6412
    Yearly


    I have paid my renewal through IVR using my credit card and it got failed but amount has been debited in my Credit card, So when I checked with the customer care they said it will be refunded with in 7 working days, so as per their suggesstion I done payment again and successfully completed, which now twice time debited in my card, its already 20 days till now the failed transaction amount Rs.6412 refunded to my credit card and I have also received my credit card statement with twice amound debited, when I checked with the customer care they are not responding back and they are telling that again it will take 10 days and not explaining the reason why it is taking long..

    But if I talk about any corrective actions, there were none. I called up the Delhi Branch several times, where I had a word with Priya( Manager) . But even she was least interested in helping me out the response was cold. No body representing the company was able or trying to help me out.

    I have been fooled around for so many times in different ways, as I could not bear it any more I have approached you to seek redressal. Hope you would help me out and get the justice done, all these days I have been facing a lot of stress. Thanking you in anticipation.

    Angry Don't believe Ardhendu the sales officer car loan department

    I would only suggest that the Sales personnel are the true liers of HDFC bank.

    I came to know about the person called Ardhendu who is working as a Sales Officer in HDFC Bank, the most efficient lier in this field.

    Default Renewal of car inurance policy no VP00413747000101

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that I have issued a cheque having No.863785 dated 19.10.10, of amount Rs. 7798/- against renewal of my car insurance policy no VP000413747000101 of my car registration no: MH-02 BG 9283.

    The renewed policy is yet to be handed over to me.

    If the same is renewed , I would like to request you to send the same in my mail id indrajitbanerjee@hotmail.com and the original in the below address: C-302 Sadguru Complex Phase I, AK Vaidya marg, Film City Road, Goregaon east, Mumbai 62.
