I have a HDFC Ergo Medi-claim policy (no. HN14042011000771) started from 15-Apr-2011. I had a CRT device implantation on dated 19th May 2011. I was sent the claim form to FHPL (TPA) of HDFC ergo. They reject my claim form to say exclusion in policy “waiting period of 30 days”, but in policy there is statement treatment should not begins in waiting period , but in my case I started my treatment on 18th may , I wrote the first investigate date 2nd may 2011 of the same. According to FHPL You first investigate the disease on 2nd may so you are not able to get the claim benefit.

Kindly intervene the case and do the needful.
