Hi,

I am Surajit Roy, I have renewed my private motor insurance from HDFC ERGO around 2 months ago but till now except the amount receipt copy they didn't provide my the insurance paper.

After multiple follow up with them there was no update from them.

At this moment I don't know where to go and what to do to get my car insurance paper. Currently I am out of my country for sometime and I am not getting any response from them so its a total helpless situation for me.
