I want to locker so i went to HDFC Bank and ask for avaibility of locker they told that small size locker is available for that you have to invest in our insurance scheme 50000rs to explain about shceme Miss/Mrs sruti with her collegue came and explaine me about policy but did not explain about charges. I told them i want medium size locker they contact me after some and told me to invest total 1lack so i invested in policy in my and my wife name at time i found that my units are going to decress so i ask them why after 10 days i got detail of policy finding that they are charging very high from my policy as administration and other charges(app. 9- 12% per year) I told them i do not want my policy they told me it is not possible to cancelled your policy but we will talk for your wife policy and they told me we talk with our superiour your wife policy will be cancelled we have to send cancellation request with why you want cancel letter. i sended after around 25 days they told me that they reject to cancel your policy i want to go in court against them and bank because i feel that they don fraud and cheat me what to do
