Dear Sir/Madam,

I hold one ULIP with the HDFC Standard Life for the last three years and I have been paying premium of 25000 regularly.
Few days back when I was checking my account I noticed that my personal details such as name,date of birth,address details has been changed from the insurer side without my request.

My earlier details were as follows :

Name: Mr.Aditya Tiwari
Date Of Birth: 14-12-1981
Address: C/O Kapil Deo Tiwari
Beside RD Convent School
Swami Vivekanand Colony Khas
Deoria
Uttar Pradesh
India 274001

Which has now been changed to :

Name: Aditya Prakash Tiwari
Date Of Birth: 01-02-1987
Address: Mushaf Colony
Deoria
274001

I have been requesting for the explanation from the insurer side on the same but I have not received any credible answer from them. If needed I can provide all the conversation I have had with the company on this issue and the hard copy of the insurance details.
