I have taken policy no 10370699 HDFC UNIT Link in the year 2005 and paid Rs 200250/ in two instalments after that I was not abale to give my third instalmant.I parsuded my case with HDFC and send as many as 10 reminders and visited to their local office at least 8 times in the past. Now they have sent Rs 60708.22 Cheque,which is not as per the agreement.
My claim is for ;
A)A correct settalment of my lapse policy.
B) Intrest payment from the yesr 2007 @ 18 %
C)Harrasment to me leading to depressan
Kindly take up the matter with party and arrange for my dues.

Pl note that I am returning the chaque to the HDFC till matter is not settaled down.

Nothing use.. unit link policy risk need to suffer by customer. and also you need to pay minimum 3 years. thats y you received this much lower money after deducting the lapsation charge. this is a rule issued by IRDA. if you didnot get proper guidelines from their local office, you can send complaint at "http://www.hdfclife.com/ContactUs/complaints.aspx " .If they are not responding even after a month, you can approach IRDA with the compalint number. if your case are guinue you will get justice from there. but in my view point you can give compliant only for "C)Harrasment to me leading to depressan". But i am not sure whether IRDA will take up this case for this one..
