Hello,

I have taken the policy from HDFC ERGO on 30/10/2009 for my skoda octiva 1.9 Tdi which is 2005 model
and the car was valued @ 709560 and the premium was 13557 with no claim bonus @20%

next year there was no changes in the IDv of the car where as it should have been decresed by 10-15%,
the same was and the premium was paid as sent by the company ,

But this year when i got the renawal nottice i was shocked that the premium increased to 14196 and the Idv if car was the same,
i spoke to some one Name (Mr Shiva in bangalore office ) he said its a system error , but i dont understand how can it be,

I got the mail from hdfcergo for a renewal of my car and the telemarketing team sent me a email with the
idv value of 406669 and Premium was 9602 rs a whopping difference of 4594 ,

i belive its a big fraud which is going on in the company


i kindly need information what is wrong and why the company is charged me so much in past 3 year ,
who is responsible for this and now what ???, it is belived to be miss selling of the policy by the company
