Health Insurance Policy claim with Oriental Insurance Co Ltd
Respected Sir,
I, Sanjoy Kumar Banerjee is having a Health Insurance Policy with Oriental Insurance Co Ltd. I had lodged a n Insurance Claim of Rs.30677/- on 08.06.20.10.The Insurance Co. has submitted the claim with their TPA Vipul Med Corp.(My Id No:04FAA0004712A) The TPA made a preprosterous and Flimsy query dated 08.07.2010 which was promptly replied and received by the TPA on 28.07.2010. I have not received any claim hence this letter
