    Angry Horrible experience with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance :mad:

    hi,
    I'm Srikantaiah ,
    My policy number: 0110031403

    I had purchased a policy of 3 years payment i.e 12500*3 = 37500 . I had paid all the 3 installment in time . Because of financial issues now i want withdraw my money.
    When i approached the the company, they said they cannot pay the full amount of 37500 which i paid them in installment not to forget the extra bonus amount also lost
    after deduction of penalty i'll get only Rs.22000.

    But when i bought the policy Agent representing company specifically told me that " i'll get my full money + extra bonus amount after 3 years, if wish to continue with the policy then i'll get insurance for 20 years " ...these were the terms said.

    It is very sad that I lost my complete amount of Rs 15,500 (Rs37500- rs22000).

    and the costumer care people are not at all responding properly , is this the way to treat a customer. hell with your company.

    These people are worst than the robbers, they are robbing innocent people with hidden clauses.
