A lady from ICICI Lombard, Chennai office has contacted me over phone and sold top up plan on my existing FFP on 27 July 2011 and debited Rs.5763 from my credit card. She several time called me and fixed time with me for medical examination since I am 58 now and ME is a pre-requisites for top up. I waited always but the doctor was never sent. Now there is no response from ICICI Lombard with regard to the ME and issuance of policy in spite of many reminders I sent by email and over phone.
I also requested them to credit the money collected from my card account in case they are not able to arrange ME and issue me the policy but as at time no response. Hence I require filing suite for compensation. Kindly advise me how to proceed with this.
