i would like to draw y'r kind attention towards the above stated matter i had maruti esttem carwhich is purchased from ICICI BANK auction in july 2008.bank auction the car because first owner not able to pay the finance installment to the bank.

I met with an accident on 12thdecember 2008 it was an major accident their 100% loss of car & myself is also became disabled in this accident. we have informed the icici lombard for the accident.they have registered our complaint and send surveyou also on june30,2009.
But the veryt next day they refuse for the claim.as car is not transfered on our name.as bank take atleast 45days to 60days in handover the realted RTO document for transfer &OTHER document realted to the R.T.O.

In the mean time their was sudden death in my family which disturb our working suchedule.

After several reminder to the icici lombard they have not replied, we have sent email,letters& telephonic talks.but they are ready to coporate.

my insurance is valid upto 20feburary 2009.
after all this i have filed a case against icici lombard in couns. mer court at noida,my case no;238/2009 but court is takiing ro much time in deciding the case.pl.look into this matter.
your eraly action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Myself Aditya Thakur, I'm consumer of icici Lombard for motor insurance.I have submit my complaint for motor claim on behalf of Cover note number.. After that all investigation was done by Somen media. And Before march i have submitted FR copy on your M2K Plaza... at that nobody said about cover note is fake, but when payment date is coming that time i am getting call from icici Lombard your police number not detected in our system, at that time nobody tell about concern he is saying only your claim money is not clear so that it is taking time. But after one week i was getting call again from icici Lombard your cover number is fraud….. I was totally socked. I have read this website
