I have full family health policy under icici lombard including My Mother, wife & son. I had spent hospital bill for cesarean section delivery for second delivery. And claimed for the same amount. Till date i have not received the amount what i had spent.

I called & communicated through mail & finally they says it is lapsed.

Please help me getting my amount back.
