1) Dear Sir, I had applied a policy ICICI Pru Assure Wealth plus in the month of June date is 24-06 -2010.My policy no is 14100660 with a name of Meghna Bhardwaj.
After go through your welcome kit i find myself i am not comfortable with that policy. I send my representative to your local office with a application for free look on 29-07-2010.but your Manager returned him with a Payout request forms,my representative told to your manager for receiving of my request he (Manager) simply refuse foe the same.Again my representative visited your office again 0n31-07-2010 with proper filling up pay out request forms then your manager giving a statement that your free look period is over today is a 16th day. I lodge a complaint with IRDA with a ref.no.206/ICPLI/comp/10-11. And for a same issue my representative had telephonically discussed with a local senior person he simply says that "apne irda ko mail kar di hai jab irda se mail hum ko aaygi tab dekhte hai,abhi kuch nahi kar sakte" I am in big tension because I loose money kindly help me out and refund my amount As soon as possible. since Saturday onwards I am facing lots of tension at my home and i am not sleep properly. please help me. Dear Sir,
I had an interaction telephonically in the month of April 2010 where one of the ICICI insurance exicutive on that i insisted them to issue a life insurance policy but they had given me Assure wealth Policy with which i am not confortable even i received my policy document on 30.08.2010 by 4.00pm in the evening i.e.after 4 months every time when i called their exicutive they were not properly respond to me. after the incidents i went sheshadripuram branch Bangalore on 03.08.2010 and submitted my all relevent policy document in the same branch now they are telling that free look period has been over hence you wont get even a single ruppee from this invesment free look is applicable only after i receive the document on hand but i submitted on time for its cancellation .hence pls help to close the issue and refund the same Manjunatha A C |

One of the Agent from ICICI life cheated me regrding bonus, he gave me false information regarding Bonus.
100% of my premium is deducted as charges on first year.And i will receive bonus only if i surrender at 15th year after taking policy. How IRDA is also allowing such bakwas policies in market which is cheating consumers |

Hi,
I have invested Rs 30000 in Dec 2009 & already paid two Premiums amounting Rs 40000/- as of date. I am not interested in this policy because I am in big loss due to policy hidden charges which were not told by Sales Representation at the time of purchase. Please adivce me, in case I surrender this now, how much amount I am going to get. Regards, Manish Gupta |

I, K.Raghu have taken a policy in the ICICI Pru Assure Wealth-plus UIN 105L098V01 plan. My policy number is 13990253. I have taken this as I was suggested to do so by the branch employees at the ICICI bank, Hanamkonda, Andhra Pradesh while opening the locker. I have given all the necessary documents required for the policy. I would like to bring to your notice the following issues i am facing now: 1. The original certificate of the above policy is not received so far. But I have managed to get the true copy of the document after visiting the branch several times. And there are several mistakes in the true copy that I have received which includes the Address( the house number etc with spelling mistakes), Nominee's name ( mentioned as Madhav.k instead of K.Madhavi) 2. I have not received any intimation for remittance of second premium. hence couldn't able to make the payment. The following is the correct address: Flat number: 302, MIG 406, Bhavya Enclave, KPHB Colony, Phase-III, Road No.4, Kukatpally, 500072 However it would be convenient for me if the address is changed to the following address. I wish the address to be changed to: H.No.2-11-248, Shanker nagar, K.U cross road, Vidhyaranyapuri, Hanamkonda, Warangal, A.P-506009. I request you to send the original policy certificate to the changed address mentioned above. I am ready to make the payment towards the second premium as soon as I see the proper action from your side.
