    Default Icici pru life insurance

    I had two policies with icici pru. Life insurance, policy no. Are 08659255 & 08659410, the premium of these policy are regularly paid from my bank account
    through ecs.but i just notice this month my bank made a payment of rs.8756/- dated- 29 march 2011 to icici prudential life insurance through ecs to a/c no 0350060053, but i cannot made any instruction to them regarding this payment i went to there kakurgachi (kolkata) branch but they tell me it will take 10 to 15 working days for any clearification regarding this but after 15 days when i call them they agry that the payment was wrong and it was by mistackly and they transfer the ammount in my a/c within 6 to 7 working days but why should i wait for 6 to 7 days this is not my fault,i knew this is wrong payment.
    I want refund of my ammount with interest within 24 hours kindly help me for this

    Default Fraudulent offer

    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring to your attention that i was enticed into taking policy (policy # 12760022) from ICICI Prudential with an attractive but fraudulent offer of 140% return of payment of first installment of Rs. 40,000 for the first year by the representative DSA - NetAmbit, Mrs. Garima Jain.

    However, on the completion, I was informed that the above mentioned return promise was not feasible and the payments were to be diverted to another fund scheme.

    Hence, I requested that the fund be closed and i may be paid 140% as promised to me.

    After few days I received call from Mr. Rakesh Ahuja stating that after a year my fund value was Rs. 52000 + 56000 (140% return)= Rs. 108719, which he promised to pay but not directly. He also advise me to take 2 more policies (policy # 13931220 & 13933043) with the annual payment of 15000 each for which he committed to pay 200% bonus on the payment of 1st installment & 140% bonus on the 7th year.

    He informed me that after 45 days, the earlier policy would be cancelled & I’ll be entitled to get Rs. 172000 on 31st July, 2010. However, I did not receive the said amount on the promised date.
    According to Mr. Rakesh Ahuja he had forgotten to follow-up on the matter as he was in Bangalore for 15 days for training but promised to inform me the status of the policy in 2 days.

    After 2 days, he informed me that the amount of Rs. 172000 had now grown to Rs. 217154.80. But, in order to claim this amount I would have to take another policy (# 14222434) with the annual payment of Rs. 40000.

    Once again, I very innocently believed in the fraudster & fell prey. He informed that after taking the policy, I would get sum of Rs. 217154.80 & the cancellation letter of the present policy, which I have not received till date.

    Mr. Rakesh Ahuja & Ms. Radhika Sathe were purportedly following up the matter, however after few days to my utter surprise Mr. Rakesh Ahuja had switched off his mobile & Ms. Radhika Sathe did not response to my calls.

    After, has had so much deliberation & having invested so much of my hard-earn money, I could not with-stand the suspense in the matter. Hence, I visited NetAmbit office at Mulund & had a meeting with Mr. Vikas Parihar, Business Manager & Mr. Sankalp, Sr. Business Manager, who both denied that Mr. Rakesh Ahuja & Ms. Radhika Sathe were employed with their branch all though I repeated received calls from their branch (calls were received on 12th May, 2010).

    Mr. Sankalp informed me that the latest policy was in the look-in period & can be cancelled. Also, he would try to cancel the earlier policies.

    I urge you to trace the recording of the conversation of Mr. Rakesh Ahuja & Ms. Radhika Sathe with myself as regards to the commitment made by them which enticed me to take the policy. I have been following up this matter since last 3 months but, in vein. I urge you to intervene & assist me for the speedy redress of my grievances.
