I'm writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction over receiving the same response on my complaint after exhausting the 7 days response deadline on my request.

I would like to ask to provide your local escalation contact details so I can provide how it is clearly a case of gross negligence and unfair business practice . I have been taken into all confidence during these policies and have been totally kept into dark by your ICICI direct 'agent' branch staff and its managers gave no importance to my verbal complaint about the same.
The same is the experience upon contacting another branch staff, this time ICICI pru life ins. co office. My request to cancel these policies have been in progress for almost a month before the advisor and their manager turn it to me saying it can't be cancelled. All this time, i have been told that my request is done and will get back soon.
On top of it, I am also sold another policy based on my other policies are already getting cancelled. They even offered me to cancel this new policy, as previous one taking time now and seems doubtful.. THE RESULT, I END UP HAVING THREE POLICIES DUE TO TOTAL NEGLIGENCE OF YOUR ADVISORS. I totally pushed back saying NO to their offer of great discount if I take new policy of 1 Lakh.!!! else it could have been even worse..!! Another great example how badly they want to sell new policy.
With the one sided response to complaint, I do not think there is enough facts available to you to take a right decision. NO JUSTIFICATION IN YOUR RESPONSE ON MY COMPLAINT. Since you have closed the request, I have no option but to approach other options to safeguard my interests as a consumer, thanks to enough facts i gathered and sufficient time waste i have done with ICICI pru life.. never want to come back.!!
I have already been misguided by the advisors and agents who promptly wants to sell policy and of highest value, its no far away from becoming a fraud given my time and money involved. STILL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SEES NO POINT IN MY COMPLAINT.
CUSTOMER SERVICE by NO MEANS IS A CORRECT FORUM TO HAVE THE COMPLAINT ADDRESSED, SO KINDLY PROVIDE THE LOCAL ESCALATION/Grievance Redressal.
