I have taken a plan from icici prudentail life (pension plan) 29/12/2006 and policy lasped till 29/07/2008 ,In this policy because of some financial problem i cann't able to pay my premium but when i gone to icici prudentail office for inform then at 10/06/2010 they told me that you have time to reinstate till next year, but few days before they send me Foreclosure of my policy stating that you have not more time to reinstatement the policy .
Now please help me to reinstate my policy because in local office nobody is listening me and at the call center the costumer care executive told we can able to reinstate policy once upper level of icici prudentail approve .

I had taken a lifetime super policy with ICICI PRUDENTIAL company in madurai in half yearly mode Rs.9000.I had paid 4 installments totally Rs.36000.I have recieved a cheque for only 17,332.72.My advisor Mrs.selvi had told that to pay premium for 3 years only but after 4th premium she hadnot come and collect the premium,inspite of several remainders she didnot come and collect the premium.This is the reason for lapsation.
When i got the cheque,i immediately approach madurai office.They told that bring the outstanding amount Rs.45000,policy canbe re-instated.so today (27-11-2010) i have gone with the cheque and Rs.45000.The customer service person had told that wait 2 weeks for we will get approval and we will made policy re-instated.
So i am ready to pay the premium.In IRDA rules says that forecloser policy can be re-instated.So kindly help me to approval for re-instate my policy.

Its already too late so please do it as soon as possible
