Sometimes in June 2010 One Mrs Esha Thakur called me up over phone and requested me to purchase the above policy. at that moment I had no money so I did not accept her request. then she started nagging that if I purchase this policy through credit card then she will convert the mode of payment into EMI and there will not be any interest burden. She assured me that as she is representing ICICI prudential there will not be any problem to convert the payment into emi. Further she told me that from company's side there will be a gift like microven or N series mobile etc. I agreed and purchased two policies valuing Rs 25,000 each. Total payment of rs 50,000 was made throough icici credit card. I have paid Rs 10,600 so far to icici in four instalments and still rs 47,000 is outstanding. I am a senior govt officer of Govt of india. I never thought that I will be cheated in this way. I made several correspondences through mail, through phone ., through submission of written complaint in ICICI pru office at R>N>Mukherjee rd branch.Nothing has been done by them. I requested to cancel the policies and refund me the amount paid by me to icici bank.POLICY NOS are 14104766 and 14078437. Esha thakur the executive of the company has switched off her mobile. Her mobile no is 09674358939. Kindly do something so that this bank cannot cheat common people by engaging young girls and boys.
