Dear Sir

This is to inform you that
I bought 2 policies from ICICI Prudential, when I surrendered after 6 years there is no surrender charges the policy become paid up value since then no surrender charges

but policy has been deducted with the formula which is applicable before 3 years of completion policy

I have received a an amount which is 25% of what i paid as premuim and no bonus value paid

I have been writing for the past 1 year company answered 2 days back called from bangalore saying we cant pay the amount due to the formula was nevere applicable

Pls register this complaint and coordinate with lifeline@iciciprulife.com
