Default ICICI Prudential Delay in claim clearance
My husband died in a car accident on 05.05.2010 at Moga. He was holding ICICI Pru policy no.00363117 and paid a sum of Rs 30,000 as premium.I applied for claim on 16.05 2010 and the claim was approved by the head office. Till date I have not got any response from them.While he was alive there was a call almost every day from their office for a new plan with numerous benefits.I was literally fed up of attending to the calls on my landline. Now I need my money back which the company has utilised atleast for 7 long years .I have visited the sector 9 branch office, my son went there twice, but of no use. He made several phonecalls to Mumbai for which there was no satisfactory reply. They promised for 15 days ,today it has been more than two months and Im still waiting.......
