I am an unfortunate life time (unit linked) policy holder. In Nov 2011 I visited the ICICI Prudential office at Old Airport Road, Opp Kemp Fort, Bangalore to submit an application to stop direct debit of the unit linked plan.

The executive was reluctant to accept my application and on my insistance he accepted it. Till date there has been 2 more monthly deductions done from my savings bank account. I do not want to continue with the payment however it is forced on me.

The bank where I have my savings bank account expressed their helplessness as it has to be stopped at the source by ICICI Prudential.

I do not want to withdraw from the policy now. I am helpless as ICICI prudential executives are at their best arrogant limits.
