Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken a policy from icici prudential life insurance, policy no:15944067 and cancelled within 15 days and ask for refund, they told me it will get refunded on 23rd Sep 2011 and I am chasing for past one month , every time I call customer care they are saying they are going to dispatch check and still It is not sent to me. I want to draw your attention on fraudulent practice of ICICI Pru. I am thinking to file a case against it in Consumer court for punitive damage along with refund amount for my mental and physical harassment.

I had taken a policy from Reliance life insurance, policy no:19488118 and i want to cancelled this policy because of details given to me at the time of taking policy is not matched with the policy kit i received. now i am trying to cancelled this policy but not one in customer care or my adviser are helping me to do the same.

I want to draw your attention on fraudulent practice of Reliance life insurance. I am thinking to file a case against it in Consumer court for punitive damage along with refund amount for my mental and physical harassment.
