I would seek the intervention of someone to help me out. My name is Manu Kumar. I bought a pension policy of ICICI Prudential, number is 07151504 exactly 4 years ago.I want to stop the payment of premium now.The moment I asked them, they did not reply,respond.
My only problem is that I am unable to contact the ICICI Prudential customer care department. I can reach out to them if I want to enhance the premiun,buy another policy but if someone requests them to stop the premium which is the right of investor,they don't respond. This is not fair.
To make the matters worst, there is no option in IVR to talk to Customer care representative and if you get a chance by selecting any other option,they put you on hold and never comeback.
My registered cell number in their records is 9312398474. I want to request them to stop the premium of my policy with immeidate affect. Also, let me tell you and everyone being a 4 year customer of ICICI Prudentail, they are avilable only at the start. Once you make a decision to make a move, they don't treat their customers with respect. Please help me at the earliest.
