I have take mediassur policy from ICICI prulife valid1/9/2008- 1/9/2011 covering my family, as per policy douments family cover husbent wife & up to 3 chlids.

My wife delivered baby boy on 16/6/2009, baby boy were in NICU for 15 day bill rs 60000, plus futher treament for six month Rs 50000, we submitted dulyfilled claim form but ICICI nat paid any claim so far mentioing it take 3 months to include chid, however same is no where mention in policy doucment. so I had to send them legal notice they issued letter 1/8/2010 mention matter would solve with one month time. but till today no claims has been given by them.

so i have to consumer forum at jabalpur, i'm middle class person in pvt job eaning rs 20000 pm at post at remote location at cg. so i have bear lagal rs chages 25000 & comuting & taking leave every month& ungoing mental harresment.

I have paid premium of Rs 200000 till today to ICICI, they give lots of vims & fancies while taking policy, therefore requesting you for necessary action
