Dear Sir, it is regarding the claim for my TVS wego bike which met with an accident , The POLICY number; 1-S376QW we submitted on 2nd of september 2011 and then we followed them regarding the claim and at last we got an call frm them on 5th they the cheque is ready and then we informed them to post the cheque through courier and they informed that they did the same day we waited till monday 10/10/2011 but we never received and i called up the insurance office no response and then spk to the customer service helpline and they informed that i should spk to Mr Ramesh Babu on 09620233450 at Bangolore and he advised a lady to help and she called the local office at hyd and informed that the courier will be delivered immediately and also gave a mobile number 9652006680 , spoke to him immediately and he informed that they will deliver immediately and also again i called him in the evening and he informed that they had handed over the cheque to the courier office on 5th itself and the delay is frm the courier side. I get a call frm courier office saying they need time and will deliver it today that is 11/10/2011 till now i have not received any courier . I had also informed both of them not to delay as i had underwent a small dental surgery and need lot of rest as i am on antibotics as i was awake the whole day , due to which i suffer vommiting and tried ness . Even then i called the concerned person thrice today giving 4hrs of gap and it is the same response .

I want the company to answer me and also pay for all my inconvience that has caused as they cannot understand the customer problem.

I request the consumer forum to take this issue on my behalf and spk to the company which is really irresponsible.
