I had purchased a Insurence policy of TATA AIG through India Infoline Ltd. in the month of October 2010 in Kolkata, the sole agent for Tata Aig. In order to purchase of the said Insurence, india Infoline promised me 3 gifts. The cercular of India infoline as a supporting I'm having. Since then I chasedup for the gifts promised but they refused to deliver the same as yet.
I lodged a written complaints at your Saltlake office already but there was no enetiative from their end sofar.
I'm strongly opposing such malpractices & willing to take up these matter to the Consumer court to stop such atrocities by the authority.

I would be grateful if you please proceed with my complaints.
