Hi,

I am having 3 Life insurance policies with this company. Now I wanted to change the premium payment term from yearly to monthly mode, so I visited the nearest branch

i.e. ING Life InsurancePlot No. 7, S. No. 17/1B,Aishwarya Sankul, Office 1 & 2, 3rd Floor,Near Sangam Press, Next to Joshi Railway Museum, Kothrud,Pune: 411038 for this in well advance for this as they require change in it before 30 days of anniversary date which is 25 Jan 2012 and I visited this branch on 3rd Dec 2011. The CSD executive sitting there told me to come by 7th Jan 2012 for this purpose. When I reach this office on 7th Jan 2012, that branch was closed forever and I was told that it was closed from last 1 month. So does this intimation was necessary to be provided to me as a customer but it was not informed to me. So I visited another branch of Pune i.e. ING Life Insurance 2nd Floor, Amar Avinash Corporate City,11, Bund Garden Road,Pune: 411001Contact Number: 20 66073434/ 26123434 and there the CSD executive told me that it should be done before 1 month of anniversary and as I was not there before 1 month I might have to fuil premium this time.

So, I wanted to take some legal action against this company for misguiding and fraud for not informing me well in advance that the branch was going to be closed and so I can visit another branch.

The hike of fraud is when I mailed to Customer Care email on 5th Jan regarding changing my premium payment mode, they provide me two addresses mentioned here i.e.

So, this executive were not aware that branch was closed before 1 month or they just wanted to fool me for this.

Please advice what action can be taken for this?
