Ltd.,Four Mangoe Lane,3rd floor,Surendra Mohan Ghosh Sarani,Kolkata-700001,M- +91 9674456376,mail sima.das@inglife.co.in, receive the premium for above mention policy of amount Rs.9000/- the valid chaque no was 889309,dt.3/3/2011 of SBI chandnichalk Br, kolkata, after en-cash the chaque , I call and mail for money receive , She send the receive through mail but with out policy no. ,I ask her where is my policy no in the money receit, Just she say, this our company style, .simentinusly she send anather policy at our home address no. is 02122945. I can't know how she manage my signature in the proposal form. This is also your ING Vysya Life Co. Ltd style?I coplain all in ING Vysya Life Co. Ltd castomer care complain no. is 34372.
Also i send my Pan no. (as per her requirment) for change the address, but she do nothing at all.
