I had registered two policies at ING Life having contract numbers 00885153 and 00943809 and paid 58,000 total at ING Life / ING ULIP in 2007 July and 2008 January respectively.

Due to financial difficulties i couldn't make annual payments in 2009 and 2010. Now ING says the money can't be refunded. I want to close them out and money refunded as I am not covered under any insurance right now.

I have personal loan account at ING Vysya with number PL2160263405 /Kiran Sajeev. I want the entire money to be credited to my loan account immediately without lapse.
