Please read my mail conversations with Way 2 Wealth team. I am trapped by one of their employees.
Hi team,
this is to inform that, I had taken an investment plan with JP Morgan through Way to Wealth. Mr Venugopal was the person who visited me from Way 2 Wealth. He collected all my documents. But from the first month onwards, I started getting ECS returns messages. I informed the same to Mr Venugopal. He told he would check. Like this I have more than five ECS returns reflecting in my statement. I finally had to surrender the policy / plan.
The problem happened from the person who filled the application form. While filling, Mr Venugopal had ticked on 1st and 12th dates for my ECS, and the JP Morgan team was expecting me to pay two ECSs per month.
the issue came after that, when I had to go for a personal loan. Two banks rejected my application because of this ECS returns. Only one bank was ready to help me with a loan, provided they need a mail stating that the ECS issue was not from my side, but from the Way 2 Wealth. I conveyed the same with Mr Venugopal and he took very lightly. First he told he was ready to send, and later changed his mind, because of his manager. His MANAGER was not ready to speak to me.
the bank people are waiting for the mail to approve my loan.
I demand immediate action on this.
Please note that If your organization needs more media coverage through newspapers and others, I am ready to do that because one of my very close relatives is working with a leading newspaper of India. Moreover I am there on facebook and many other social networking sites too. Will hardly take one minute to copy paste this mail on those.

This shares reference to the query raised by you vide your mail dated 10th January 2012 our detailed investigation shows that the your duly signed and approved application was sent with 12 installments only with Rs.1000/- per month mentioning the start and end date of each SIP (11/11 to 11/12). Find enclosed copy of application enunciating the same. However you are requested to contact JP Morgan Assent Management and enquire the same. The contact details are as follows

Team,
I am very well aware that I only had signed the documents and application form. But this was filled by Mr Venugopal. He is the person who had ticked on two dates. Without any confirmation from my side, the organization was expecting ECSs two times. If I had already paid the ECS, once in a month, why would I keep the amount same in my account? Do you mean that if had signed in a form, the person who filled it could tick on any dates according to his wish?. The matter is not with the three thousand rupees that I had paid. Due to this ECS returns, my loans are getting rejected. They are asking for a letter, stating that the issue was not from the customer side. Do let me know if you people would be writing the same way, if I had not surrendered this policy.
I strongly say that the issue had arose from your side only. I need clarification for this ASAP

This shares reference to the query raised by you vide your mail dated 10th January 2012 and your subsequent mails thereafter; we reiterate what is stated earlier and submit that our detailed investigation shows that the your duly signed and approved application was sent with 12 installments only with Rs.1000/- per month mentioning the start and end date of each SIP (11/11 to 11/12) and not otherwise stated by you, therefore your allegations are denied in Toto.
At the cost of repetition the copy of application enunciating the same is already sent across for your review which also enunciates what we already have stated. However you are requested to contact JP Morgan Assent Management and enquire the same in this regard. The contact details are as follows

Hi team,
Thanks for your valuable reply but I am not satisfied with it. Let me try posting the same on consumer court forum. Since both company names (J P Morgan and Way 2 Wealth) are mentioned, let them INVESTIGATE on this query.
