Dear Sir,

I brought two policy from kotak life insurance.
After 4 months I came to Know from head office that their was no policy like this. I contacted kotak life insurance call center from where i took the policy. They checked the database & found that I had been given a wrong policy.

the policy stated that pay rs. 1834/months for one year & you will get rs. 7000 for every 2 to 10 years and at the end You will get approximately rs. 2.5 lakhs. Also you will get accident & all type medical injuries policy will covered uptill 30 years.

but found that these terms and condition were different.

Guys,

I am another victim to Kotak with a super advantage plan wrongly explained and undergoing mental agony. There were 3 policies at my address when I wanted to take just 1 policy. I dont want to explain you the details of my disappointment as I could see none have got any solution from Kotak support team so far. All what you will recieve is a mail from them saying " We are checking on your issue on priority and we will coordinate with you on the same on your registered mobile number available in our records". This is an automated message and no one would even bother to look into this.

My purpose of this mail is not add another complaint which will go into trash but I request you to please make people around you and your group of friends aware of this engineered scandal for which Kotak will never take any responsibility as usual. Utmost, they will fire the concerned employee and say problem solved but your money is gone. Hence I have made it a point that I inform atleast 100 people per week about this scandal and asking people to stay away from Kotak. To my knowledge atleast few people have started to listen to me and discontinued their exisiting relationship with Kotak wherever possible.

I will not forgive the Kotak for such unethical attitude toward customers.
