This is a matter of sorrow that I have been cheated by your officer
Mr. Vikram and Executive Mr.Vivek Patel in NCR area ( sec-18 Noida) and missold & wrong information about the policy
Details - PLAN-Kotak super advantage(UIN-107L058V01)
policy no-01994685 client ID- 53772302
grievance- when Mr. Vikram and Mr. Vivek Patel contacted me over
the phone they assured me that I HAVE TO GIVE Rs.2000x12 month FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS AND IWILL GET ALL THE MONEY INVESTED AND THE ADDITIONALLY
200% GUARRANTED BONUS OF FIRST PREMIUM IN THE FOURTH YEAR. and i
agreed to buy the policy.then sign the document . but after 4 month received my policy document when I saw this policy I’m very shocked when I call customer care . It is nowhere written that I will get the
amount in fourth year instead It states to deposite this big amount
for 20 years for the small sum assured of just Rs. 5 Lakhs.
it is a cheating by Mr. Vikram and Mr. Vivek Patel in name of
Kotak Life insurance. so I stop this policy ,but in october’11 aging call me your executive (Name –Praveen) he told me that’ if you again stat your policy only three year then after 3 year you receive Rs.24000x3=72000+30% interest. Its new amendment by company. And he told me that only 24000/-pay then continue my policy without any charges. So I send.Rs.24000/- Chq no.120759. pdc by hand of Rahul kotak executive from Janakpri . and fill the major revival form. But no any response from here. So I called customer care receive my phone Ms. Archna she tell me you cancel your chq and again send. So I’m angry with her and tall her I have so many work . 1st make chq & now cancel only it’s my work . then she told that mam give me some time I look your policy that where is problem & I call back you after 2 days, but I have not receive any call here between 2 days so I’m very upset and called Janakpuri branch & talk to Mr.Prince Manager of Jankpuri Branch, he told me cancel Rs.24000/- and resend Rs.26000/- then continue your policy. So I canceled chq. but I can’t continue this policy because its fraud policy.
So please give me my already pay Rs.14000/-
I request you to please get me this money to my A/c no. 03712191001762
and cancel this contract.
I look forward Kotak life insurance take necessary action against my
complaint and these two persons who have cheated me and please return
my hard earned money Rs.14000/- immediately. I need this money as my
