Respected Sir,

I Sri Biresh Chandra Mondal am compelled to write to you that Kotak LIfe Insurance have done a fraud against me. They sold me a policy under the name 'Kotak Smart Advantage' in 2008, policy no being 01424446 client ID - 52329514. I have paid three premium @ Rs.15000/- yearly. I was given to understand that after three years I can surrender the policy and get back my invested money.
Accordingly, I surrendered my oilicy on 26.12.2011. But surprisingly they remitted an amount of Rs. 20668 only in my bank A/c against premium deposited Rs. 45000/-.
This is completely a fraud case which has broken my heart.
I being a very prro person, seek your kind justice in the matter.

Once again request you to furnish the details, how I have been credited only Rs.20,668/- only as against my total premium of Rs.45,000/- at the earliest.

You have replied that I can write to your mail clientservicedesk@kotak.com but have any body look into the mail box ? If not yet tell him to look that on dt 30.12.2011 at 20.15 hrs I have wrote a mail asking the clarification.But sorry to say that no communication has been carried out from your end.

Being a one of the reputed concern of the country like you, I have not expected this type of fraud from you.

Request you to look into the matter so that I can be able to get back my hard earned money.

We have explained the basis of calculation and the relevant plan details pertaining to the first year premium have been explained.

Since the policy has been surrendered basis your request prior to maturity, regret inability to reinstate.
