    Default Kotak Policy no#2290843 - Fraud by Agent

    Dear Sir,

    Kindly let me know the status of my policy which got terminated due to lack of communication within Kotak team.

    Case History:
    1) At first, during June month this policy was given to me in a Fraud manner by Kotak agent "Eureka" saying my previous policy term (No. of years) would reduce. When I did not receive the updated documents which they promised, I logged a complaint immediately and knew the truth by calling Kotak customer care. Due to that I wanted to cancel and get back my Money which Kotak delayed till August month and never returned my money.

    2) Please refer below mail attached for Kotak sales person himself accepting to the fraud done by Kotak agent "Eureka".

    3) I had given written form mentioning I need the Money back and policy to be terminated. However Kotak people did not accept my form and wanted me to give a fresh form mentioning Money will not be returned and to accept it.

    4) However again thinking back that I had already paid some amount, wanted to continue even after this policy was taken fraudulently and also after kotak did not help me get my money back.

    5) In good faith to continue this policy, had submitted written letter dated 12th of November to continue the policy and also wanted my documents back. Kotak again enjoying the benefit of keeping my money and terminated my policy also by sending a letter dated 22-Sep-2011 stating Kotak Insurance had terminated my Policy No. 02290843 with immediate effect. Now my letter given in-person to Kotak branch has no value for them and they continue to penalize the customer.

    Till date I have not got any resolution for the same. I have been sending mails from May onwards till date. Also kotak sales person accepted agents fraud. Kindly help.

    Default false selling of KOTAK policy by agent

    Policy Holder - Sanjay Kumar Soni
    Agent - Saurabh Bich , Advisor - Sangeeta Gour
    City - ITARSI
    STATE - M.P.

    I asked to my agent to give retirement plan but Agent Mr.Saourabh Bich given me endoiment plan instead of Retirement plan.
    I taken KOTAK policy in JAN 2011 in ITARSI,M.P. by my agent MR.SAURABH BICH, he forced us to purchase policy before 25 january because he told us that kotak company is giving Rs.2800/- to the policy holder if he/she is taking policy before 25 .. after 15 days i said to the agent to give us commited money then again he said same that your gift of 2800/- company will transfer in your account in 2 or 3 days ... from that day regularly i am asking him that to give same , but now he is not listening .

    I talk to the company that , Is there any scheme to give 2800 to the customer , then company said there is no scheme and your agent said false and sold you policy.
    If there is no scheme of 2800/- rupees then why he is promising this way?

    Saurabh Bjich was introduced himself as AREA MANAGER but when i queried about Saurabh Bich in KOTAK head quarter then they were saying that he is only a AGENT of KOTAK .
    Sir , now about 1 year is to be complete of my policy and he is not completing his promise .
    Sir , as you know that in life insurance company agent is getting handsome gift in each policy then also these AGENT are CHEATING US AND SELLING US POLICY BY FALSE COMMITMENT AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER FOOLISH .
    PLEASE HELP ME AND PUNISH HIM , SO THAT WE COULD NOT DO THE SAME WITH OTHER .
