Dear Sir,
Kindly let me know the status of my policy which got terminated due to lack of communication within Kotak team.
Case History:
1) At first, during June month this policy was given to me in a Fraud manner by Kotak agent "Eureka" saying my previous policy term (No. of years) would reduce. When I did not receive the updated documents which they promised, I logged a complaint immediately and knew the truth by calling Kotak customer care. Due to that I wanted to cancel and get back my Money which Kotak delayed till August month and never returned my money.
2) Please refer below mail attached for Kotak sales person himself accepting to the fraud done by Kotak agent "Eureka".
3) I had given written form mentioning I need the Money back and policy to be terminated. However Kotak people did not accept my form and wanted me to give a fresh form mentioning Money will not be returned and to accept it.
4) However again thinking back that I had already paid some amount, wanted to continue even after this policy was taken fraudulently and also after kotak did not help me get my money back.
5) In good faith to continue this policy, had submitted written letter dated 12th of November to continue the policy and also wanted my documents back. Kotak again enjoying the benefit of keeping my money and terminated my policy also by sending a letter dated 22-Sep-2011 stating Kotak Insurance had terminated my Policy No. 02290843 with immediate effect. Now my letter given in-person to Kotak branch has no value for them and they continue to penalize the customer.
Till date I have not got any resolution for the same. I have been sending mails from May onwards till date. Also kotak sales person accepted agents fraud. Kindly help.

We found that the agent from Eureka had missold the policy stating that the premium payment term for the Super advantage plan will reduce from 20 to 10 years. We have terminated the agent with in reference to the same. We have provided a stern warning to the center as well and we have made sure that 2 quality associates listens to every single call after the sale is done. I had sent you a mail regarding the same to a wrong id which got delivered as I did not get any call from your end I assumed you had got my mail. Extremely sorry for that. I had recieved the intimation that you have not recived my mail only on Saturday evening.
As per our conversation after I had clarified the above details you had promised that you will continue both the plans - Kotak Super Advantage plan (on Shilpa Madam) and Kotak Money Back plan.
