Hi,

One of the Insurance Agent of LIC India has collect the first insurance premium cheque from me, saying that will back tell me all the details of the policy then will log in my policy, but the premium amount of Rs. 1538/- has been deducted from my account but till dated I have not received any policy documents nor the agent came back with the policy details. Please help me with the same.Agent details are given below.

Please let me what else I need to do for get back my money & if any other details if required.

I managed to contact Mr Korde on 5th of Jan, 2012. Mr Korde has openly stated that he is not going to file my assesssment since it has been a long time & that I have written a complaint against him in this forum. I reminded him that he has taken an amount from me to do the work & that he has delayed the work & not me. To this Mr Korde stated that he will return my money. However he is very busy & can come to my house only at the end of the month. Mr Korde had also previously falsely assured me in November & never turned up. I asked him to courier a cheque on my name. He declined & said that since he is busy he will only come at the end of January to return my entire amount. MR KORDE FROM KORDE CONSULTANTS SEEMS TO HAVE NO INTENTION IN RETURNING MY MONEY. It has been more than a year
