Dear Sir/Madam

I had taken a Jeevan Saral Policy for which my agent, Mr Kishore (Mob no 9322526958), had taken a chq from us of Rs 30000. The amount was accepted by LIC of India and I got a receipt as well through the agent for the same; however the bond has not been given to me by the agent inspite of nearly 2 months since payment was done. They have asked me to do medical exams and blood tests 3-4 times now where the medical examiners and my agent have shown great irresponsibility in sending documents to relevant department at that right time plus collecting documents and other necessary information from me. The agent has not been helping me in anyway at all to hasten up this process. Now if I try calling my agent, he refuses to take my calls and just cuts me off. I am not able to get any information on what has happened to my policy and the money I have paid for the premium. Kindly request immediate help from your side please on this since it has been too long since the amount was collected from me. Thank you.
