I Rahul Gangwani (23 and an MBA student) had joined Max New York Life as an agent in the month of August 2010 but due to my personal reasons I wished to get my agency terminated as I wished to join LIC in October 2010. But even after repeated requests I haven't received my NOC. I completed all the required formalities as per the officers of MNYL, but have been continuously dissappointed as thy have delayed my NOC for 6 long months. Now sir I need to know what is to be done as I want to join LIC.Also, I am being fooled by their Delhi head office as well as their Nashik office. I request you to please help me.Agency code 392441.

For the termination, you are required to complete the NOC formalities as per IRDA norms.
