Dear Sir,

I Nimesh R Pate Have surrender my 2 policies under MNYL in July 2010.First of all I get My Cheque Very Late after 1 month.I am citizen of USA thus NRI & i have been declared about it also in my proposal form while taking policy.now I got my cheque but Bank demand REPATRIATION LETTER from me ISSUED BY MNYL.I request to MNYL it first time by my Agent on 23 rd August,2010 but Company had not taken any action against that at that time.Further my agent requesr for the same in Sep 2010 & still that date company not taking any action 7 Not issue Repatriation letter to me.At last I have to go to USA back & i handed over all Cheques to my freind in India when letter reccieved from MNYL.
According to my last updation from my agent company demand a request letter from my BANKER for REPTRIATION.I CANT UNDERSTAND IT HOW CAN MNYL DEMAND ANY LETTER FROM BANKER WHO IS NOT INVOLE IN MY CONTRACT???
THEN also my agent request to my banker & issued Banker Request letter & submiited it to MNYL on 6 th NOV,2010.After it my agent follow up the matter from MNYL and still they are not issued letter to me.

Thus 3 months over from Cheque issue date.Now should MNYL compansate me my Interest Lost On my Money lying with it.?????

Pls solve the matter.My request No in MNYL. is 4249629.

I would like to share you that I am at USA & Mr Dipak Patel A& A of Max New York Life insurance Co. Ltd.
