    sir,
    please helppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp.
    what can i do, insted of repeated request by call and phone on toll free number no body is sending me my premium recipt of OPPB and annual premium 2751 and 2249 respectively which i paid via internet banking on 19 nov 2011. i regularly pay the premium from last 6 years both for OPPB and annual premium , some body from custumer care said your policy is lapse , some says OPPB is lapse , some says we not received any payment , some says only annual premium is received , no boby completly tell me the truth . i have premiums receipt from last 5 years .
    please help some body .every custumer care says we will call you. some time reply from email comes some time not,
    my policy number is 263564767
