Nothing has been done by max new york life most disgusting comapany I have ever seenn it has been 2 months but they are not refunding my money.. just keep giving excuse, I am sick and tired I want to sue the company in consumer court pls let me know how to.. I want my money back on any cost with intrest.

They dont contact me and the reply I got in this forum from max was an email id I send the mail on that and its bloddy fake.

may case is as follows;

My Name is Prasad Pawaskar, I have taken a Whole life policy from Max New York Life Insurance in the 1st week of October,
I didn't received the policy for 1month after which I contacted my advisor who was absconding later I contacted the branch and found out that it was in the branch from long time but wasn't courier to me nor do I was inform about it, I was fed up with there loose services I decided to cancel the policy since every customer has an option to cancel the policy in 15days after receiving

I received it on 08/12/2011 and gave a cancellation request on 10/12/2012 then after waiting for
20days there was no feedback from the company as when I again contacted the branch they said
its in process later I drop a email to customer care and I got the feedback that my free look
policy period is lapsed therefore its not my mistake its the mistake of the admin and advisor nor do i was inform before that i have to collect the policy from the branch,
Now they are denying my request by saying that that free look period is over,I received the policy in hand on 08/12/2011 after
that I have come know about free look period is only in force after its received by the customer,

I have also send acknowledgment receipt that I have received it on that very date but no action is taken.

Kindly reconsider this matter and let me know soon..
