My Father has been admitted in the hospital on 06 Feb, and i have submitted necessary documents at TPA counter of the hospital on 07 Feb at aroubd 10 AM, since then I have not any kind of approval from the TPA.

when I talked to them regarding the approval they said their server is down and "THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING NOW, WHATEVER HAPPENS TO PATIENT".
Please guide how can i file a complaint in consumer court about this.
