Dear Authority,

I beg to say that i have taken mediclaim policy from Bajaj Capital 2 months back details (National Insurence co ltd. Policy no-351800/46/10/8500000168 Branch office-DRO1/DO18 validity-09/04/2010 to 08/04/2011).Actully i had a knee injury from couple of years back it was diagnosed as Some problem in knee ligament.One minor operation is required for reconstruction of the ligament.i was under treatment of Dr Maheshwari(orthopedics).So when hospital sent claim to the TPA(east west assist) for cashless then they rejected that by saying Pre-existing diseases are not covered but according to policy its written very clearly that pre-existing diseases are covered from day one.they are not giving any genune reason for rejecting that claim.kindly help me out for sort out this matter.i want legal help.
