dear sir

i have purchase a mediclaim policy from United India Insurance Co.( Branch - Div. V11 10203 Jamuna House 3rd Floor Padam Singh Road Karol Bagh New Delhi-110005 )as on dated 12.10.2011 of sum assured Rs. 100000/- which yearly premium paid Rs. 3400/-by cheque no 897256 dated 7.10.2011.Receipt No. 040700/81/11/000000433.

After expiry of two month we have not received policy and cashless card .When we contacted its agent form whom we got insurance ot this policy he is saying co. will not issue policy bond and cashless card . only receipt will be valied. I could not understand what does it mean why the co, will not issue the policy and cashless card when he taken the preimum. I contacted the branch manger the same thing he is saying without any proper reason given.

So you are requested kindly register my complaints and take strict action against the Co.and get back refund of premium.
