I had a Medical Insurance policy through Medicare Service Club for United India Insurance. the details of my policy is as below:

Sujoy Ghosh HSIMP003873A ( Self)
Samir Kr Ghosh HSIMP003873D ( Father)
Sukla Ghosh HSIMP003873X ( Mother)
Sayantani Ghosh HSIMP003873Y (Wife)

Now, the last premium paid , had a policy validity till 14th Dec'2010. Now, for further premium, I went to deposit the next premium, but the TPA agency: Medicare Service Club didn't accepted my premium saying the policy is suddenly terminated by them and also they are not in a position to extend the policy. Then we approached the United India Insurance Company Ltd. ( the final insurance provider under GIC) but they also didnt entertained the case even though I have a live policy and suddenly this is terminated.
Now, my parents are dependent on me and aged I am really in need of a policy which is genuine. Hence request the help of the consumer forum to get me back my almost 8~9 year old policy.

I have the copy of the last receipt of the payment for premium paid.

I have got very bad experience with my insurance company. I had an emergency surgery 3 months ago in Rockland Hospital based in Katwaria Sarai New Delhi. The cost of my operation was more than 3 Lakh Rupees. I couldn't afford such amount that time then I owed money from my relatives. I was left with only one hope that my medical policy will help me financially, but I only got fake excuses from my Insurer.

I am helpless.
