I am really frustrated with Meflife. I had purchased a metlife policy some 3 years back and the advisor had told me that I've to pay premium for three years and after that I can stop paying premium and windraw money as I desire. Fourth year also I received a premium payment notice. Non payment will resuly discontinuance of the policy.

Trauma started after that. Its been 5 days and since am trying to speak to someone to know what the problem is. I called their toll free help line 5 times and wasted 3 hours on phone. If your thinking I got to speak to real person then your wrong. Machine kept the line on hold each time for 20-30 mins saying "your call is important"and then asked me to leave a message. Till now I've not received a call back from them.

Seems company doesn't have enough money to hire support staff. gid forbid; If thats the case then trusting them with our money us a BIG risk. If someone in Metlife is reading this can someone call me back? My Policy number is 00634468.
