Sir,i have already send my reqeust to the all senior office of star health insurance but they have not heard me and they have rejected my case due to an accident at the age when i was 8 years old and i have not taken any claim but now there was an accident and i am insured but they have not given me


i am insured with STAR HEALTH AND ALIED INSURANCE company for last 2 years under star heath wise policy .I had submitted a claims regarding hospitalization of myself because of an accident at SHAKUNTLA NURSING HOME & HOSPITAL delhi. In 13th june .2011.More than 2 months has elapsed but the same is still pending despite all formality has been completed by me.It is also submitted that myself is is suffering from rare Pain Swalling of Knee and I have to incure heavy expeniture for treatment . My claim no. Is 0026502 .Kindly help me. Thanking you,
