Thumbs down mis-commitment from reliance life insurance

Hello I have made a life insurance plan on 21-July-2010 termed as "Reliance super automatic invest term 10 plan (single)" from Reliance life insurance company. I have received a call from Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. from Delhi and they said me that you have to invest Rs 30,000 at one time and after 15 day you will get 15 thousand back as a promotional offer of the plan from reliance and after three year you will get rs 50,000 plus10 year life cover and 10 year medical for four family members if i am not married of rs 2 lakh. But when I got the bond no such thing was mentioned there it says that i will get rs 50.000 after 10 years nothing else now i am feeling that i am cheated and now I want to cancel this insurance plan but they are not doing my help I am going in reliance office for last three days but they are saying that concerned officer is not available and my agent who have collected my documents saying that he has made correct commitment as said in plan but the call which I got from Delhi is making same commitment as in the beginning. As i have only 15 days time period to cancel it according to company law so please help me as soon as possible so that i can get my money back otherwise after 15 days they will deduct some money. Please email me solution at my email id "hcp_1985@yahoo.co.in".

Default Cheating by Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broker on behalf of Reliance Life Insurance.

I am Debashish Dey from Durgapur, West Bengal. In the first week of January'11, I was contacted over my mobile and I was told that the person is calling from Reliance Life Insuarnce. The person explained me about an insurance plan (Reliance highest NAV) and told me that I had to diposit Rs30000/- annually for three years and I shall get back Rs.1,39000/- in the fourth year. If I withdraw Rs.1,14,000/- in the fourth year and keep Rs.25,000/- deposited in the fund, then I would be covered by life insurance for 23 years. Moreover, I would be getting cheque of Rs.3000/- (1% of oremium paid) every year as the commission, as there is no broker in between. This cheque would be received after 45 days of depositing the premium. Further, I was told that a person would be coming to my house for getting the form filled up and collecting the cheque. The person came to my house was Mr. Rupayan Bhattachrya, having mobile no. 9593597643. After few days, I received the policy (Policy no. 18309810). But to my astonishment, the policy details were not as was explained to me. I had to pay Rs.30000/- annually for 15 years. I contacted the persons called me, Mr. Pradip and Ms Nupur Singh at the mobile no. (09311491113) from where they called me. Mr. Pradip told me that this was not the actual policy and the actual policy would be received by me in next 15 days. But, almost 2 months have passed after the converasation and I have not received any other policy or any cheque as commission. Afterwards, whenever, I tried to contact those persons over phone, I am told that they were in a meeting and would call me back after the meeting is over. But they never called me.
I foound the contact number of Reliance Life branch office at Durgapur and I contacted them. I told them the history. They told me that the persons called me was from Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking Company and not from Reliance Life. There is no such rule of giving back any amount as commission and the policy details explianed to me by Mr. Pradip or Ms. Nupur Singh was not correct.
I was cheated by Vighnharta Direct Insurance Broking Company personnel. It is not understood, how a reputed Company like Reliance Life has engaged this Broking agency, who are cheaters and fraud.
I want to get back full amount of my first premium. Please help.
