    Default Misselling Of Insurance

    Dear Team,

    I had taken a Insurance policy from HDFC Standard Life Insurance, But the same was mis sold to me. The premium for the same suggested that the premium will pay annual basis , but in policy docs it was half-yearly. The signature of mine has also been forged in one of the policy docs. The debit authorisation was also not commnicated to me at that time. You are requested to please look into the matter and resolve the same.

    Dear Team,

    I had taken a policy from HDFC Standard Life Inssurance which was mis sold to me. I had already complaint to the HDFC Standard Life Insurance Complaint cell, but the there is no possitive revert to me. I had already attached the reply from there side. You are requested to plesae look into the matter and resolve the same.

    I am not satisfied with the terms & conditions as per detailed to me by the time of policy and I had already stated that my signatures are also forged by one of your employee, I will taken this case to the consumar court as well as to the Insurance Ombudsman. I had already told you that the paying premium will be on annual basis and the same is now half yearly how ?. The HDFC Bank employees had already missold the policies to many of the clients of the bank. How can you resolved that the employees of HDFC Bank are clearfy the true thing to you, thay are also covered himself for saying that all the terms & conditions are cleared to me at the time of policy sold to me.I had know the procedure for Free-Look period but the same was not happening due to good faith. I was also a employee of HDFC Bank so that I was not go through the policy at that time.The premium will be deducted from my saving account with HDFC Bank was not told me at that time. You are requested to please look into the matter and cancel the policy and pay back the premium to me.

    Further, as per the provision stated in ‘Option to Return / Withdraw’ of your policy document kit:

    We would further like to highlight that insurance is a long-term contract and it is mutually advisable to continue the policy till the end of term to reap the full benefits of the plan.

    In case, you are still unsatisfied with our decision, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman.

    Complaints; : I had taken above mentioned policy in terms of that the paying term of the policy is once a year as per the advisor but its ahows twice a year and also in one of the document my signatiures are also forged. You are requested to please reverse the amount as well as possible as I dont want to continue the policy.

    I had asked my Relationship manager to make investment in Mutual funds but he had forged my signatures in form and without intimating me submitted the same for processing in Insurance plan of Reliance Life insurance, please guide me how will i make complaint against that Relationship manager.

    Default misuse my credit card by hdfc slic employees

    I had taken a policy from hdfc standard life Insurance (policy no:12621538) by using my credit card and the credit card statement comes i shock, instead of Rs 20,000 there is another Rs 10,000 is debited by Hdfc SLIC.I complain in Hdfc SLIC in porur(chennai). They take actions and return the amount after two months.Hereafter i go for the next payment they told the policy is cancelled for the amount Rs 10,000 is credited in my credit card and i refer that its true and they return the balance Rs 10,000 after two months. After that i go for a new policy no:13468667 (Rs20,000). now in my june credit card statement Rs 10,000 debited by Hdfc SLIC Mumbai. i think hdfc bank employees had misuse my credit card.
