Hi,

I had submitted the claim for my car which met with an accident. however the claim has been denied saying that the car was under repair when the surveyor checked it. It is true that we had given the car for repair before Surveyor could check it as the person driving the car did not know the process. we did show the pics when the serveyor checked it and discussed the entire maintenance details with the workshop owner directly. I have not yet received the denial letter also. Can we go to the consumer court in this case?
