Dear Sir,

This has reference of my claim No. 2101155532 (Case ID:01303091) registerd on dated 14-06-10 for my car Spark LS no DL4CAD7240. I have given the car for service in Regent Automobiles, Okhla Industrial state, New Delhi on 14-06-10 but after 25 days of the same i have not recived the same so far.

I am suffring so many problems being a working lady to travel in taxi daily for my workplace. I am regularly in touch with the team of service station and they said that the problem is on Reliance General part after that I am reglarly doing e-mails and calling to Ms Neha Saini(Asst. Manager- Motor Claims) of Reliance General Insurence Co. Ltd. from last week but she is even not bothered to pick the calles or reply my request mails. I am really fed up after doing the followups with the Regent Automobiles and Reliance General Insurence Co. Ltd. without no result. Now i want to register the complaint with you against both the parties for my financial and mental harrassment.
