Hi,

This is to inform that I Jitender kumar took an insurance from National Insurance Company Limited on 01 Jan 2010, Policy No.361801/31/09/6100014243, for my car SANTRO XING XO (DL 4C S 8625). On 10th of March 2010 CNG kit was stolen from my car which was covered under insurance. I made an FIR for the same to Janak Puri Police station (FIR NO. 58) and deposited the same(thrice) to the National Insurance Company. It’s being 9 months now I am asking for the insurance claim and every time I go to the company at “Below mentioned address” they ask me for documents which I have already submitted thrice. Now form last few months when I go to them and ask for money they give me excuses like,

1st excuse. investigation is under process come after 1 week

2nd excuse. it’s month ending so we are closing our accounts so come on next month.

3rd excuse. We have forwarded the file so check the status after 2 weeks.

4th excuse. It’s dipawali come after dipawali.

5th excuse. We have less number of staff to work this is the reason its taking time.

7th excuse. Every time I go to the office I find manager is on some round and take atleast 2 to 3 hours to come to the office. I have to wait for him 2 to 3 hours .
